Our engineers perform high-accuracy dimensional inspection using precision instrumentation. All critical dimensions are captured to ±0.001mm accuracy.

CAD Reconstruction

A complete 3D CAD model is created from dimensional data, capturing all features, radii, tolerances, and surface finishes required for manufacturing.

Material Analysis

We perform material identification using spectroscopic analysis to determine the exact alloy composition, heat treatment, and surface coating.

Manufacturing

The component is manufactured using appropriate CNC processes — turning, milling, grinding, EDM — to exact specifications.
